Wind & Kitesurfing in Sardinia at Valledoria/Castelsardo
The wind of the North Coast of Sardinia blows in various directions, creating good conditions for wind or kite surfing at sea or on the river.
Many international and national championships are organised in spring and autumn along our 15 Kms of sandy beaches. The beaches are deserted and the mistral blows, the sea bed is rugged and creates long waves ideal for surfing.
Wind during the summer months is not so strong which is an ideal time for learning wind and kite surfing.
The Surf Ae Surf Point School is located on the San Pietro a Mare beach of Valledoria (Castelsardo). Wind and Kite surfing courses are taught by professional instructors at sea and along the river Coghinas.
