Canoeing. An unforgettable highlight is undoubtedly the canoe trips on the Coghinas River. In many places it is more like a stream. He gently winds through the mountains. At the level of the thermal springs the river Coghinas reaches the plain that faces the sea opens.

Here the water flows leisurely past the vast estates to the delta estuary, the Foce del Coghinas, which resembles a large lagoon. One with nature, you can enjoy the natural beauty of this paradise. The canoe excursions can be booked all year round.

The Wind- and Kitesurfers are offered ideal conditions here. This sport can be practiced to the fullest on the sea or in the delta of the Coghinas. In the so-called winter half-year you can dance over the waves due to the wind conditions and take long jumps in the air.

Directly on the lagoon of the Coghinas, you will find one of the most famous kite surfing schools in Europe. The surf center offers surf courses all year round that meet the highest expectations (please book in advance). This applies to both beginners and advanced.

SUP. The SUP now joins traditional surfing. The mouth of the Coghinas River provides an oasis of calm for the more sedate enthusiasts of this new sport. The well-known surf champion Antonio Egris runs a surf school there.
