The Residence Solevacanze offers to all its guests beautiful apartments (for 2-8 people) situated up on a small hill (300 mt distance from the sea ) in the locality La Ciaccia (local part of municipality Valledoria).
The building of this accommodations has been made for everybody who wish to spend a peaceful holiday in comfort and in contact with nature, away from the daily confusion the traffic and nightlife.
Our purpose is to give you an exclusive experience in this new apartments.
We pay attention to all details and to increase the value of this part of territory which is our family’s philosophy. Each apartments are furnished with high quality interiors in Sardinian style.
You can choose between several sizes: Studio for 2 people (type K mono), apartments for 3 people (bedroom plus living room: type K), for 3/4 people (2 bedrooms plus living room: type K plus), for 5/6 people (2 or 3 bedrooms plus living room: types L and L plus) and for 7/8 pepole (3 or 4 bedrooms plus living room: types M and M plus).
The ground floor apartments have garden and a furnished terrace with barbecue. The apartments upstairs (seaside view) have a furnished balcony and barbecue. All accommodations are comfortable and completely furnished and are equipped with 2 bathrooms, Sat-TV, washing-machine and the large apartments type M and M plus with dish-washer.
In the lounge of the reception we offer our guests INTERNET (Wi-Fi).
The accommodations are near to the most important facility: you will find 3 restaurant, one supermarket, tabacchi with international newspapers , 4 bars, icecream shop, 2 playground (one in winter ) and.. obviously.. the sandy beach (nearly 15 km of large sandy white beaches of remarkable dimensions).
The Residence Solevacanze is situated – like our holiday houses Sa Fiorida - at La Ciaccia, (local part of municipality Valledoria) in a very calmly and quite position.
In a distance of approx. 400 mt you will find one of the most beautiful and large beaches in the North of Sardinia.

- Dear guests, the rules to be observed in our accommodations are not only those established by law, but, more simply, are dictated by common sense and mutual respect: (1) Arrival: unless otherwise agreed, check-in is starting from 5 pm. We accept night arrivals! All our guests arriving during the night are kindly requested to show up at our reception SA FIORIDA, located in Via Colombo 45, the next day before 12 noon. (2) Departure: Unless otherwise agreed, the accommodation must be returned before 10.00 am on the departure date. (3) During the stay: In case of malfunction or disruption of things or facilities, present in the accommodation, please notify it to the reception immediately. At the departure of our guests, at the end of the stay, any dammages caused will be counted and consequently debited. (4) Cleaning: All our accommodations are delivered to our guests in perfect order and cleanliness. On departure our guests must leave the property in order. Before departure we will carry out the inspection of the accommodation together. In particular, remember the kitchen: the worktops, burners, oven, sink, all the crockery, cutlery, cookware and utensils for cooking must be left clean. Otherwise a penalty of 50 euros applies. Please leave the barbecue clean without ash and carbon. (5) Waste: The Municipality of Valledoria organizes the separate waste collection door-by-door. At check-in we will give our guests the collection calendar and detailed explanations on how to do it. On the day of departure, it is requested to confer the remaining differentiated waste at our ecological center located next to the reception. To all those who will leave in the house, even if only, small quantities of waste, a penalty of 50 euros will be applied. (6) We kindly ask you: (a) Before leaving the accommodation, always close the water, gas, doors, windows and turn off the lights, and where there is air conditioning / heating. (b) do not disturb other guests (c) keeping television at a suitable volume for a harmonious cohabitation with everyone (d) do not throw anything in the toilet or sink that could obstruct the pipes (e) do not smoke inside the houses
- In case of loss or breakage of the keys, a penalty will be asked.
- Pets: We are sorry but in this accommodation we cannot accept any pets.
