Booking rules

The request for availability is not binding and does not act as a contract neither for the customer nor for Sa Fiorida srl.

The booking request is binding for the Client but not binding for Sa Fiorida srl, which party is free not to accept the booking.

The booking confirmation that Sa Fiorida sends to the customer is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.

After receiving the deposit Sa Fiorida will undertake to send the Customer a confirmation E-mail.

By paying the deposit, the Client accepts the cancellation conditions of the structure.

Arrivals: Starting at 17:00 (unless otherwise agreed)

Departures: By 10:00 am

Opening time: All year round

Deposit / balance

The payment of the deposit equal to 30% of the rent must be made within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation.
The payment of the balance must take place at the time of taking possession of the booked accommodation.
The following payment methods are accepted:

(3) Bancomat
(4) Visa
(5) Mastercard

Deposit

In order for a reservation to be accepted you must pre-pay a deposit 30% of the total reservation cost. The remaining sum must be paid on arrival.

Any reservation booked with a "NO REFUNDABLE" price must be paid within 7 days after the payment of the deposit (surety fee).

Terms and conditions

Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date,
from the 29th to the 15th day before the arrival date, we will keep the 30% deposit of the rental price (i.e. the deposit made is non-refundable),
from the 14th to the 8th day before the arrival date, a further 20% of the rental price will be charged (ie 50% in total).

In the event of later cancellation or no-show or early departure, the total rental fee (= 100%) and payment of all services used must be paid.

Changes and Cancellation

In case you need to change or cancellation of the services purchased, the user must communicate the request to Sa Fiorida srl sending an email to info@safiorida.com . Upon receipt of the communication, Sa Fiorida srl will verify and notify the possible penalties provided by service providers. Sa Fiorida srl strongly recommends the purchase of trip cancellation insurance, or insurance covering the product and / or service purchased at time of reservation.

Refunds

Any refunds will be made directly to the credit card of the customer or by bank transfer, based on the means used by the customer to pay for the product and / or service. The amount will be made available within a maximum of three months following the request. Any quotas opening practice and / or cancellation fees are never refundable.

Cancellation/termination by Sa Fiorida: Sa Fiorida srl ??reserves the right to withdraw from the contract at any time and without notice in the following cases:

(1) If the tenant or another guest of the house should behave in a way that is not suitable for the normal use of the accommodation and / or should disturb the neighborhood despite several reminders from the staff;
(2) If the tenant or another guest of the house should, with their behavior, endanger other people;
(3) If the tenant or another guest of the house should behave contrary to the rules of use of the house.
(4) Should there be unforeseeable causes of force majeure at the time of the conclusion of the contract

In the event that Sa Fiorida finds itself in a position to withdraw from the contract in the cases provided for in points (1), (2) and (3), the rental fee is still due as per the booking confirmation and Sa Fiorida is not required to no reimbursement of sums already collected.
If, on the other hand, the withdrawal occurs for the case referred to in point (4), all the sums already paid as a lease will be reimbursed. Further claims are expressly excluded.

Tourist tax

The Municipality of Valledoria has established the tourist tax, valid for the period starting from 1st June to 30th September. The regulation provides for the payment of the sum of Euro 1 per person / per day (guests in our apartments and holiday homes) or Euro 1.50 per person / per day (guests in our La Tartaruga Bianca hotel) for a maximum of 10 days.

Among other things, minors up to the age of fourteen are exempt from payment.

The tax must be paid upon arrival in cash. The time of check-in and registration is also essential to ascertain the age of minors and to be able to apply the exemptions provided.

Jurisdiction: For any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation, execution and / or termination of the booking contracts to which these conditions apply in which Sa Fiorida is a party to the trial, the Court of Sassari will be exclusively competent.
